Moves to Slow Fashion aims to deliver the customer's items to the destination of their choice in the shortest possible time with the most economic cost.

Deliveries are handled by UPS and local couriers

Moves To Slow Fashion prepares and ships packages from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am till 18:00 pm CET (with the exception of Spanish public holidays). Once the order is received, the product will be dispatched between 1-3 days after confirmation of received payment. We estimate delivery between 7-12 working days depending on the delivery destination.  If you have placed multiple orders in the same day, note that they be delivered also together in same parcel.

We know it is a longer delivery time than other websites, but remember that you are buying sustainable manufacturing products, where the production processes , usually have longer periods and even sometimes are made at same time that we receive your order, specially made for you .

Please note that if you supplied us with an incorrect address, we will not be held responsible for failure to deliver. If you would like to change the delivery address, this must be communicated to us before dispatch.

Moves To Slow Fashion strives for customer satisfaction and therefore accepts exchanges  within 14 days of receipt of the goods with free cost delivery for them.  If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired, you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 14 day period writing email to

Send us email to informing us about products that you will like to change ,also informing  about new products you would like to receive.

Please be aware that changes are not accepted in jewelry  (or imitation jewelry)  hats, hair accessories ,  beauty  products & Gift cards.

If the total amount of the new articles is higher than the amount of the items that returns , costumer will have to pay the difference through any of the payment methods available on the web.

If the total amount of the new articles is less than the amount of the items you return we will pay the difference through the same payment method that you used in your purchase.

Note than products must be returned in their original condition with tags and labels attached. If the product does not meet our criteria, the item will be returned to the customer.

All changes will be made using the same original shipping service. Once the new items are delivered, the package with the items that you change will be delivered to the same carrier.

The goods must be returned in the same original package. We reserve the right not to accept returns.

We can only accept exchanges from the original shipping address.

As part of the Moves To Slow customer satisfaction promise, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return and receive a full refund. In order to receive your refund, products must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and labels attached.

Returns are easy.  We offer to you free cost deliver for return. You  must return the products within 14 days of receipt . Send an e-mail to and we will schedule the pick up. Please note that we can only pick items up from the same address it was shipped to.

 Once we receive the return items, we inspect the item(s) and ensure that the item(s) is in perfect condition. We will send an email indicating that your return is accepted . we will process/reject the refund request. Refunds vary, and are determined by your credit card/issuing bank (we estimate 7 working days).
